AESTHETICS

We understand that generally, you don’t want louvers on your building. Rather than designing louvers and hoping they work with your aesthetics, our architectural louvers have been engineered based on our client’s feedback for over 30 years. This means that right from the start, we are anticipating the design or we have options that will blend into your façade without jeopardizing the performance.

FUNCTIONALITY

First and foremost, our louver needs to meet your project requirements. However don’t fall into the trap of “if it was used on Project A then it should would work on Project B”. Every project is completely different and we are here to quickly give you multiple options to reduce the square footage or provide other ways to work within the mechanical engineers requirements.

MEET THE TEAM

  • My career has always been about showing up, rolling up my sleeves, and making the most of whatever comes my way.

    I learned early on that being prepared really matters. On those freezing NJ mornings when the snow was piling up, I’d set the alarm extra early, dig out the car, and make sure I got to work on time—no excuses. That little habit has carried me through every job since.

    My first gig was with a commercial plumbing contractor, where I handled everything from office admin and scheduling crews to calm frustrated field teams when materials were late. I discovered I’m pretty good at troubleshooting on the fly, and I genuinely loved the variety and problem-solving that comes with commercial construction.

    Next, I joined a manufacturer and worked closely with their national sales rep network. Getting to see both the sales side and the manufacturing side was eye-opening and incredibly valuable.

    After that, I wanted a bigger challenge, so I moved to one of the country’s largest insurance companies (a real Fortune 500). Their customer-service training was top-notch and drilled in why clients stick around for the long haul: clear communication, follow-through, being reliable, and building real relationships. Those lessons are still with me every day.

    Then my husband and I took the leap and started Renaissance Building Products—an independent manufacturers’ rep agency. We began in a spare bedroom turned office and, with a lot of hard work and coffee, grew it into one of the more successful agencies in the country. We eventually moved into a proper office space! I loved handling proposals, shop drawings, fabrication schedules, and staying in close touch with clients. Those small-business days were all about planning smart and executing well.

    More recently, I partnered with a louver manufacturer whose technical know-how and commitment to great service felt like a perfect match for mine. We both kept noticing the same communication gaps in the industry, so after a year of careful planning, I launched Aire Renaissance by OSA—a national WBE/WOSB-certified louver distributorship. Our team brings together experience in sales, general contracting, engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, and we’re excited to be here for you.
